About Art Therapy
Art Therapy is an integrative approach that utilizes a variety of expressive and creative outlets to enhance the therapeutic process for those interested. This technique can engage individuals of all ages regardless of artistic skill level. You can only draw stick figures? No worries! Art Therapy is about the process and tapping into your creative side.
