Admin Summary:
Paul is the Co-Owner and CEO of Bethlehem Counseling Associates, along with his wife Kim Woodling. They purchased the business from the esteemed Palmo family in January of 2016. Prior to that, he assisted as Practice Manager of BCA.

Paul is currently working full time as a Software Sales Executive. He has spent the majority of his career in Medical and Technology Sales. He now assists with day to day operations at BCA, with a focus on Insurance and Marketing relations. He has two master’s degrees in healthcare and science: Physical Therapy and Cell Biology.


Sara Panik
Office Manager / Human Resources / Information Technology / EOB Specialist

Sara PanikResponsibilities:
Manages all Administrative staff and daily office operations, insurance claim submissions, payroll, insurance panel credentialing, purchasing, IT assistance, company-specific software implementation

Education:
Associates Degree in Applied Science, Northampton Community College

Admin Summary/Bio:
Sara started working at BCA in 2003 as a receptionist, and has worked every position in the front office over the last 16 years. Sara was promoted to Assistant Office Manager in 2009, and Office Manager in 2014.


Amanda Gonzalez
Assistant Office Manager / Front Desk Supervisor

Amanda GonzalezResponsibilities:
Manages front desk operations, trains administrative staff, develops office flow procedures, intake coordination

Bachelors of Arts, Business Management

Admin Summary/Bio:
Amanda started working at BCA in 2010 as a receptionist, and was promoted to Assistant Office Manager in 2015. Amanda has many hobbies and interests, especially music, concerts, traveling, and puppies.


Pamela Brickhouse
Accounts Receivable / Collections / Receptionist

Manages accounts receivable, client services, scheduling appointments, client-clinician liaison

Associates Degree in Business Administration, McCann School of Business

Admin Summary/Bio:
Pam began working at BCA as a receptionist in 2015. She says that working at BCA is like gaining another family, because everyone at BCA is very kind and caring. Pam also enjoys spending time with her two daughters and grandchildren.


Brandy Bate
Accounting /Administrative Assistant / Patient-Intake Coordinator

Responsibilities:                                                                                                                                                       Applies 3rd-party reimbursements, registration and admission of new patients, insurance verification and scheduling

Associates Degree in Business Administration

Admin Summary / Bio:
Through her career, Brandy has gained significant experience in an office setting; seven years in customer service relations, five years as an Administrative assistant, and three years experience working in accounting.


Krystal Castellino
Front Desk Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

Education:                                                                                                                                                                                   Ten years of experience in a reception / admission setting, former Veterinary Technician, Certified Professional dog groomer; Aspires for a degree in Business Administration 

Admin Summary / Bio:  Krystal moved to Bethlehem three years ago, and joined the BCA team in July 2018.  Her hobbies include refinishing old furniture, cooking, and decorating.
