Admin Summary:
Paul is the Co-Owner and CEO of Bethlehem Counseling Associates, along with his wife Kim Woodling. They purchased the business from the esteemed Palmo family in January of 2016. Prior to that, he assisted as Practice Manager of BCA.

Paul is currently working full time as a Software Sales Manager at Oracle. He has spent the majority of his career in Medical and Technology Sales. He now assists with day to day operations at BCA, with a focus on Insurance and Marketing relations. He has two master’s degrees in healthcare and science: Physical Therapy and Cell Biology.


Sara Panik
Office Manager / Human Resources / Information Technology

Manages all Administrative staff and daily office operations, insurance claim submissions, payroll, insurance panel credentialing, purchasing, IT assistance, company-specific software implementation

Associates Degree in Applied Science, Northampton Community College

Admin Summary/Bio:
Sara started working at BCA in 2003 as a receptionist, and has worked every position in the front office over the last 14 years. Sara was promoted to Assistant Office Manager in 2009, and Office Manager in 2014.


Amanda Gonzalez
Assistant Office Manager / Front Desk Supervisor

Oversees front desk operations, trains administrative staff, develops office flow procedures, intake coordination

Amanda started working at BCA in 2010 as a receptionist, and was promoted to Assistant Office Manager in 2015. Amanda has many hobbies and interests, especially music, concerts, traveling, and puppies.

Jane Gill
Insurance Accounts Receivable / Receptionist

Enters insurance payments and backup for other administrative staff as needed

Admin Summary/Bio:
Jane retired from the Bethlehem Area Public Library after 35 years as a reference librarian. After a brief sidestep through the wonderful world of bakery service, Jane was delighted to join BCA as a part-timer.


Pamela Brickhouse
Accounts Receivable / Collections / Receptionist

Manages accounts receivable, client services, scheduling appointments, client-clinician liaison

Admin Summary/Bio:
Pam began working at BCA as a receptionist in 2015. She says that working at BCA is like gaining another family, because everyone at BCA is very kind and caring. Pam also enjoys spending time with her two daughters and grandchildren.


Jocelyn Cosenza
Patient Intake Coordinator / Special Projects / Vendor Relationship Management

Registration and admission of new patients, clerical duties, plans and executes company events, coordinates internal resources and third-party vendors

Admin Summary/Bio:
Jocelyn began working at BCA in 2016, and recently returned to us after her maternity leave and the birth of her son. Jocelyn has many hobbies such as DIY crafting, exercising, and entertaining.


Brandy Bate
Front Desk Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
